VPN problem fortigate
We have fort iGATE 60, VPN remote connection stop working with ERROR on client: Unable to logon to the server. Your username or password may not be configured properly for this connection. (-12)”
We tried from a different users, different computers and different locations with no luck, no changes made in FW lately this issue occur, we rebooted the FW.

it seems that something wrong in the Forti now the scan to mail rule gone... !
is someone know how to restore it?
make rule to scan fro printer inside the company to office 365 email?

Make sure the users, or the user group they belong to is added to ALLOW in SSL-VPN Firewall policy
