by Netgear SSL312 SSL VPN device

After remote users successfully login to the SSL VPN and connected using VPN Tunnel, they are able to access the office network using the remote access applications (like remote desktop client) built-in the SSL VPN Device.  However, if the user tries to access the office network using let's say locally installed on their home desktop Remote desktop client or Outlook and tries to access the appropriate machine they are not able to get through.

Basically, it looks like an issue with the routing and wondering if anyone can help with the Cisco Pix firewall routing.
