Remote client using software vpn is being disconnected from terminal server due to error in data encryption?

Haven't seen this before.  We have many software VPN clients that connect to an ISA server on the DMZ and connects to terminal sessions.  Nothing has to be done to any client machines doing this for it to work.  Have over 100 people doing this, and this just started happening on only one client.  Any ideas what on earth this could be?
