The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. Checkpoint Firewall NAT - VPN Tunnel Cisco

I am creating a VPN Tunnel with a client to access a SQL server on their end. The setup is as such:

Site A (My Location)
Cisco VPN Concentrator (for the Tunnel)
Checkpoint Firewall (NAT)
Private IP scheme 10.0.x.x/20

Site B (client site)
Sonic Firewall (tunnel and NAT)
Private IP Scheme 10.0.x.x/20

The client is recommending we use the following as the subnets as to not burn to many ip's:

10.0.24.0/22 = Site A
10.0.24.0/22 = Site B

Subnet Through Tunnel
172.28.201.0/24 (Site A)
172.28.204.0/22(Site B)

I am not sure how to NAT This traffic out through our firewall or setup the firewall rules.
We will need to access SQL server with a NATed IP 172.28.x.x protocol 1433, which they are also telling me i will need to add this ip to my dns servers.

Need help :(
