Hello innercproductions. How are you doing with this issue?
Main Topics
Browse All TopicsI've been using Zone Alarm Free and Pro for quite a while. It was time to renew my Virus Definition subscription, so I just purchased Zone Alarm Security Suite. Thought an upgrade would be nice.
I like most of the features.
One feature in particular would go through the mail and sort only the "not spam" in order to forward to my mobile device (Dell Axim PDA). It was working great. I could get all of my email while on the road. But only the good email.
One day, for no apparently reason, it quit working. I can't find anything to change in order to get it to work again.
I know that the email is correct that it sends to. I know that it is not the Dell Axim.
ZA is simply not forwarding it anymore.
I need to get it back again!
I have ZA SS 7.0.337.000
I'm using MS Outlook 2007.
MS Windows ZP SP2

I was waiting for a better response. Something that was the obvious... ( reinstall, virus/malware... )
I didn't know how to end this until I received a better answer.
I've just been living without my issue being resolved. But I was still hoping for someone to come along with a solution.
ZA support is a pain to work with sometimes. I'll just go back to that option, I guess.

1) uninstall ZA totally.
2) check for malware.
if these do not help, contact ZA for support since you paid for it.
I would check the ZA logs for more info, and see if there is a debug log mode.
I hope this helps !
