I have a very serious problem. I am working as System Administrator in a company. We have lot of viruses in our PCs. Right now We are going to purchase Antivirus software, BUT it will take almost 2 months.
In some PCs where we have lot of viruses, I installed AVG 7.5 484 Trial Version. It detects the Threat and gives the following warning message&
AVG Resident Shield has detected a Threat while opening file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\qvkwjh
.dll
Trojan horse PSW.Generic3.XAQ
It gives following options&
1. Ignore
2. Info
3. Heal
4. Move to vault
When I select last option to Move to vault, Message comes that You are about to move a system file to vault, your system might be unbootable
When I select to Heal it, it shows me that Item was successfully healed. BUT&.The message comes again that Trojan was detected. Actually it has failed to heal it. Again & again, a windows pops up that Threat has detected, when I heal it, after some time, it pops up again.
One error message also appears on the screen&.
qvkwjh.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I want to get ride of this problem. I want to know&
Q: 1 What is this qvkwjh.exe file ? And what it that file named: qvkwjh.dll ?
Q: 2 How can I remove this error ? It pops up again and again so Users cant work on the PC. It is always disturbing the users.
Q: 3 As I told you that we are going to purchase Antivirus software but it will take almost 2 months, so if some of you have had the same Trojan: PSW.Generic3.XAQ in your PC and/or has same type of qvkwjh problem, How you get ride of this problem, Please tell me.
Once I had the virus problem
www.coolpics.net and from this site I got very fantastic solution. To remove coolpics virus, I was asked to use BruteForceUninstaller and coolpics.bfu script and it really worked. (SO NICE EXPERIECE IT WAS !)
In the same manner, if I can manually with some tool remove this error so that this error window doesnt pop up again and again.
