Is there any software you are aware of that might automatically alert me when a user is locked out of their Windows account?

We have a large mobile user base that do not get notified immediately when they have locked themselves out of their Windows account.  If there were such a thing, I would like to be able to have some software that might alert me when a user gets locked out of their account so that I could notify them, and/or unlock it before it becomes and issue.
