Wave Systems Corp, SecureUpgrade, ??, Mystery task

I am concerned that the task SecureUpgrade may be malware.  However, I have run AVG Free and TrendMicro HouseCall and both indicate that my computer is clean.  Also, its name suggested that its somekind of auto updating program.  I am very diligent to avoid auto updates. My best guess is that SecureUpgrade was installed when I installed SecureZip, which I had proablems with and later uninstalled.  I'd like to verify that SecureUpgrade is useless to me and get rid of it.Start Free Trial
