Install Windows drivers with VMware Fusion on MacBook - Detail Please

I am running VMware Fusion on my MacBook (OS X 10.4.10) with Windows XP Professional.  My iSight camera does not work on the Win XP side and I have searched for help on how to correct this.  It seems that I need to download Bootcamp and somehow burn a CD with Windows drivers.  Can someone please help me to understand the easiest way to get these Win drivers installed on my virtual machine in some detail please?  I do not want to fully install Bootcamp as I am running Fusion now.  Thanks.Start Free Trial
