Install Windows drivers with VMware Fusion on MacBook - Detail Please

I am running VMware Fusion on my MacBook (OS X 10.4.10) with Windows XP Professional. My iSight camera does not work on the Win XP side and I have searched for help on how to correct this. It seems that I need to download Bootcamp and somehow burn a CD with Windows drivers. Can someone please help me to understand the easiest way to get these Win drivers installed on my virtual machine in some detail please? I do not want to fully install Bootcamp as I am running Fusion now. Thanks.

Thanks Bart. I burned the Win drivers CD without fully installing Bootcamp. It seems that I need to install the drivers disc on the Windows side, but when I click the CD drive in Win, it keeps telling me to insert a disc in drive D:

Do I really need to install Bootcamp (I already have VMware Fusion fully working) or can I somehow just install the drivers CD that Bootcamp produced?

Let me clarify my question: Now that I have the Windows drivers disc, how do I go about "installing" the drivers. There is a Drivers folder, setup.exe, and autorun.inf on the disc, which looks like a true Windows file format. I assume I need to install the drivers on the Windows side, but when I insert the disc and click on the CD Drive, it says, Please insert a disc in Drive D:.
Can someone explain the process for installing these drivers? Do I really need to install Bootcamp? Thanks.

Here's how I solved the problem: I copied the files from the CD created by Bootcamp to my Z:\ drive, which is the shared drive between the Mac and Windows sides of the machine. I was then able to click install.exe and get things running. From within the VMware menu, go to "Virtual Machine" > "USB" > "Connect Apple Built-in iSight". This should bring up the iSight camera. I would recommend a Windows reboot if things do not seem to be going smoothly. Also, Bootcamp does NOT need to be installed fully, however, a CD drivers disc must be obtained from Bootcamp and installed on the Windows side.
