Installing Virtual Windows OS without access to CD-Rom

I have a hosted godaddy server in which I installed VMWare Server.  I am now trying to setup a virtual machine in VMWare and have copied all Windows OS files from FTP to the server...I can't seem to get the virtual machine to be able to browse to where I put the files--it only seems to want to do an install from the CD-ROM.   I don't have an image of the Windows files, either...What is the best way for me to get around this and get the Windows OS installed on the virtual machine?Start Free Trial
