Vmware - virtual machine static IP address or hostname

Hello,

I have created virtual machine which holds linux and apache sevice. My problem is that when users download this virtual machine and run it on their host systems ( windows, linux, mac os ) in order to acccess apache thay always need to insert different IP address. What they need to do is to find virtual machine's IP ( ifconfig or ipconfig ) and then open browser on their host system and enter that IP address in order to access web server within virtual machine.

Is there som solution that will allow every users to enter same Ip address to access web server? Or is there any simple solution how to make thigs easier for users. What modifcations I need to do in order to achieve this?
