Esx Server hardware requirements for Exchange 2007 deployment

hi what would be an ideal hardware requirement (server specs)for setting up exchange  2007 on Vmware ESX server.

Exchange server would have 400 mailboxes . Exchange would have  edge server and (hub ,mail, access)server.

please also recommend SAN storage for mailboxes.

Also which ESX server would be required.
