VMs Offline...How Come?

Experts:

I have (or had until this past weekend when I rebooted) 3 VMs currently running on my W2K3 Std. Server. These VMs are clones of an original source file which is no longer available. The IP Addresses of each NIC (real and VM) are as follows:
NetBIOS name     VM?                       IPAddress                  OS
flamingo               No                         192.168.254.30          W2K3 Std
harrahs               Yes                       192.168.254.31          W2K3 Std
sahara                Yes                       192.168.254.32          W2K3 Std
riviera                  Yes                       192.168.254.33         W2K3 Std

Flamingo hosts each of the three VMs. Prior to the cloning operation each VM functioned just fine on the local LAN. Now, none of them are pingable. I've set each up  in bridged mode. So far, I'm completely stumped as to why none of them are available.

Please help me get them up and running as each run vital services for client computers...Symantec AntiVirus, WSUS and SpySweeper software.
