Hello All,
I had posted a question a couple weeks ago asking what was the easiest and cheapest way to set up a VMWare ESX Lab. IT_Warrior sugested using VMWare workstation and posted a link to a site detailing how to do this. I followed the directions did a little trouble shooting and it worked great. I got ESX to install and boot as a guest OS in a VMWare workstation host. Today I tried installing a guest OS into the ESX system (using VMWare Infrastructure Client ) and when I power on the new guest OS it gets to 95% and crashed the Guest ESX server. Here is the error I receive&

Any Ideas why it would crash during power on before I can even install an OS?
