Decipher SNMP Alerts

Hi,

I have set up SNMP alerts on an ESX server which is on HP platform, the alerts work fine however I am emailed with non-helpful alerts and not sure if there is a problem. example of alerts below.

Host: esx server(127.0.0.1)
            sysUpTime.0  0:0:00:00.00
          snmpTrapOID.0  enterprises.6876.0.4
enterprises.6876.50.101  80
enterprises.6876.50.102  "/vmfs/volumes/463857ef-df012120-7215-019bbd253c2/server.vmx"
      snmpTrapAddress.0  192.168.18.1
    snmpTrapCommunity.0  "public"
   snmpTrapEnterprise.0  enterprises.6876

MIBs and management agents installed - looking for a way to translate these alerts into english.
