cannot access a computer in a domain

I am using vmware server. i installed two operating systems windows server 2003 enterprise edition and windows xp sp2. I configured the server as a domain controller and also as a dhcp and dns server. I add the windows xp sp2 computer to the domain they can ping one another but when i try to browse the windows xp system through my network places in the server it got an error message saying \\ user is not accissibel and so onStart Free Trial
