A general System error occured: internal error when I power on newely created VM

I am using ESX 3i server and 2.5 infrastructure client. three Vartual macines are running on hosts. I create one more VM and found the following error when power on VM " A general System error occured: internal error" I check the event view and found following info in event log: "This product has expired, Be sure that your host machine`s date and time are set correctly"
