PC Bootable OSX Leopard Install DVD

A relatively simple question, I fancy having a go at building a "Hackintosh" PC using VMWare Workstation on a spare workstation I've got. I have a genuine copy of OSX 10.5.1 (Leopard) but can't get it too boot (obviously) how can I covert my install DVD so that it will? I know I can download an iso on bittorrent, but I don't like that idea

I realise what I'm doing isn't exactly legal (ahem) but this is purely a technical exercise.

I don't know how you could do this and even if I knew, I probably couldn't describe it here on e-e. I would however imagine that you could be able to get some details from the kalyway irc channel.

I think that even if you succeeded at loading Leopard in a VM, you'd be violating the EULA of the OS.  While there is a great debate/lawsuit between Apple vs Pystar right now if the EULA is enforceable, I'd wait before trying to walk a fine line.....that's if you want to stay legit.

So how did you go with the OSX install on VMWare workstations MrPrince ?
is it just a normal install like any other OSes ?

I'd like to try the OSX first before investing the hardware companywide.

Not so well, my spare machines have AMD processors which aren't supported what with Macs having Intel chips :-) Best bet is to bite the bullet and buy the cheapest Mac Mini they sell. Better yet Mac do a pretty good educational discount.
