Is there no one out there that has deployed a 2008 VM from template yet in Virtual Center?

I have no problems with my Windows 2003 templates and sysprep setup on VC but I am not finding much for Windows 2008.
Thanks in advance!

wgtech, this is a late response, but VMware does not support guest customization on deploying from a template on Windows 2008.
You will have to use the "new" sysprep for 2008 (and others) to do the traditional sysprep'ing. Here is an article that may help a little.

The only hassle to this approach, is once you tell teh server to run sysprep on next boot, then power down the template, if you wish to adjust the image, you have to either attach the templates disks to another VM to remove the sysprep from running then boot the original template or something to that effect.

Just an aside we are using WDS (Windows Deployment Services) works great for both 3K3 and 2K8.
PXE boot the VM point to the WDS server, select the image, 30 minutes later it's done (that time includes custom configuration) other wise server is built in 10 minutes.
