You need to configure your virtual network settings for the vmware server first.
vmnet0 is normally the default 'bridge' network and is bound to the first active nic adaptor on your host computer.
So for your second guest, you need to configure vmnet1 (which is not configured by default) to be bridged to your second network card.
This link, although quite old, (still applies for vmware server 2.0) shows you how to configure virtual network settings for VMWare Server.
For vmware server 2, you need to click on start -> programs -> vmware server -> virtual network settings or configure virtual network settings to get to the same screen.

What you need to do is this:
vmnet0 -> bridged to nic 1
vmnet1 ->bridged to nic 2
Then for Each Virtual Machine, ensure that the vNic is bonded to the appropriate vmnet.
Hope this helps.
Let me be more specific:
Hosts has two NICs:
NIC / IP Address / Subnet Mask / Default Gateway
NIC1:10.26.6.10 / 255.255.255 / 10.26.6.1
NIC2: 10.26.14.12 / 255.255.255.255 / 10.26.14.1
VM1 has one NIC: 10.26.6.50 / 255.255.255/ 10.26.6.1
VM2 has one NIC: 10.26.14.52 255.255.255.255 / 10.26.14.1
Only Virtual Machine WM1 has network connectivity, not VM2
