How to configure the Windows 2003 Server it has 10GB memory

Dear all experts,

One of my server have the following configuration:

1 X Quard Cores CPU
10GB Memory
300 GB Hard drive

Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition (32 Bit) /w SP2
SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition (32 Bit)

To get use all 10GB memory, do I need to modify boot.ini in my Windows?  Also, do I need to configure something on my SQL Server?  Please kindly advise

Yes if you have  at least win2k3 ent edition, std only support 4gb
refer to http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/system/platform/server/PAE/PAEdrv.mspx

Also, do I need to configure something on my SQL Server?
If you want to allocate specific cpu or assign fix amount of ram, yes you can as needed

Make some research on the web, do I need to turn on AWE in SQL Server?  Also, do I need to add /3GB / PAE in boot.ini?
