error 28039 setup cannot join vcenter server to the vlinked mode group

Hello,

I have a problem with 2 vm´s (w2k3) - vm1 can be group with vm2 but not the reverse.
DNS is ok - the users in the local admin group are the same on booth vm.

Thanks for your help.
