Attaching Tape drive to Windows VM running on VMware ESXi
Hi
I have a reqiest to install an ESXi server (HP Proliant DL360G6), to run 3 VM's all running Windows (local storage only). The server has an External LTO Tape devce attached, I will need to present this to one ot the VM's, I have never done this as all other installations have hadd a seperate physical VCB server that has the tape device.
Is it possible to present a tape device to an VM in this kind of setup?
Thanks
