which is best career path for a system administrator VIRTUALIZATION (VMWARE or CITRIX) or NETWORKING (Cisco)

Hello everybody,

i need career advise from you people because, lot of you might thought like this at the starting of your career.

i am working as a "system/network administrator" for an organization looks after every thing including LAN, Desktops,Server and Firewall.(windows and Linux).

i thought that my job profile will not help me to get GOOD PAY and JOB IN AN MNC.

i am interested in VIRTUALIZATION (vmware or citrix) and NETWORKING(Cisco)

PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR VALUABLE SUGGESTIONS.
