Need to boot from DVD on VMware virutal server wmware 5

I need to boot to an ISO and mounted the ISO on my virtual DVD on VM of Windows 2003 server, but when I boot it goes directly to the operating system. How can I change the boot order>

sounds easy but when I reboot the VM everything flashes by so quickly, I have not been able to press esc or F2 in time. I will keep trying...thanks
Yes, so edit the VM Settings, and Force into BIOS!
