Hypervisor setup to gracefully shutdown when power is interrupted

We have ESXI 5.1 Hypervisor with two Servers running 2012. The two VMs are setup to gracefully shutdown when power is interrupted and not restored with in set time. We need to have the Hypervisor setup to gracefully shutdown when power is interrupted and not restored.

We do not have vCenter. "Dell Multi-UPS Management Console" is install on one server.

Can you please suggest the require steps to fullfil above requirement.

Are you using the FREE version? e.g. you have not paid any money for the license and just registered to get a free license.

Yes.. It is free version.

As of now we are trying below solution. Hope it's work.

1. Install "Dell Multi-UPS Management Console" on Windows server.
2. Dell ULNM application wiil be install on host through VIMA.
3. Dell ULNM configurations and actions can be managed centrally from Dell MUMC client

Let me know if you have any alternate solution.
