image profile vs ESXi version different?

Hi,

We have update our ESXi's to version 5.5 update2. From ESXi:

~ # esxcli system version get
   Product: VMware ESXi
   Version: 5.5.0
   Build: Releasebuild-2302651
   Update: 2
~ #

But, when I see SUmmary TAB of ESXi on the vcenter, it says image profile is on version 5.5 update1 "(Updated) ESXi-5.5u1-1746018-RC-IBM_20140521'. See image attached.

My questions?
1- Why if I update all ESXi image profile says it's on version 5.5 update1?
2- Should I have to update image profile to versiopn 5.5 update2?

All updates were done using Vcenter Update manager.

Please, teel me if you need some other information.

it's the version which is running which matters, and that's 5.5 U2.

What's the issue ?

The image profile, shows what the original (previous version was), and if you have issues with the current version you can rollback to the older version, in Recovery Mode, by selecting Shift-R at ESXi boot.

You could have multiple profiles, in your ESXi OS, and you can select a profile to update, when you update.

No issue at all. Just curious because it showed an old version.

So, every time I update ESXi to a new version, image profile,on vcenter, will show the original version? How can I list which image profiles I have installed without reboot in recovery mode?
