This could be profile/install corruption. Try creating a new user and retraining DNS. If it lets you do that, then we know the profile is messed up.

Browse All TopicsI have DNS 9.10 with a windows XP SP2 environment, 1 GB of RAM.
After using it without incident for about 3 weeks (which is a good stretch), I started and received an error not seen before.
It states: "Vocabulary you have chosen "General - Large" is incompatible or invalid"
I am the only user of the system and that shows under my profile. After searching their help, rebooting did not correct situation. They suggest running the wizard again. However, it's grayed out for me since "no user files are loaded."
I'm dead in the water and would be grateful for any assistance. Thanks a lot.
