Asked by dadcram in Dragon NaturallySpeaking, Microsoft Word
I have a user with a DELL 745 computer with Dragon Natuarally Speaking 10 installed on Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2003.
There are times when with the microphone off she can move the mouse cursor but she can not click to insert it in a document. She can use the direction arrows to move the document insertion point.
She has Outlook and word running and word is the default editor for Outlook.
If I exit from Word and Outlook and restart word I can then use the mouse to select a text input point in the document.
