Hi,
ing10\User s\[your user name]\current\
We have this sometimes in our organisation. You can try and restore by selecting NaturallySpeaking >> Manage Users >> Advanced >> Restore.
This will restore your user files. You will see in the Manage Users box your old files twice. The one with Restored at the end are the ones you should open.
Sometimes whatever problem has occurred also exists in your backed up files. In this instance, the quickest solution is to create new user files and just import the MyCmds.dat file from the corrupted files. Then delete the old files.
The MyCmds.dat file is in the location below.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Nuance\NaturallySpeak
If you find you need to create new user files then when you have finished creating them, open the command browser from the Tools menu. Go Manage, and then select Import. Go to the location above and follow the prompts.
Cheers.
