How can I access additional voices (engines) to use with the Text to Speech in VB5?

I recently downloaded a TTS voice from cepstral.com but I'm having trouble getting vb5 to recognize it. I downloaded some code that displays all my available computer voices in a list box. Each microsoft voice I select from the list box will play, but those I have purchased and downloaded return an Error message. I believe it says it is an "invalid procedure or call."
