OWA giving HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable

I am having problem while accessing OWA both internal and external. It is giving HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable after logon. Tried all the KB articles as per microsoft and no luck. It was working perfectly but after a restart it stopped working. No new installations or updates were done before the restart. Only thing left is to scan the registry with HKCRscan.exe as per microsoft. Please help.Start Free Trial
