IIS 5.1 Integrated Windows Authentication Diabled Anonymous Access ASP.NET Error 401.1 and 401.3

Hello Experts,
I am facing a very tough problem which my IT support is finding hard to figure out. I have a website which until now has been using Anonynous access and is now going to use Only Integrated Windows Authentication and LDAP server and is in a Intranet. When I Unchecked the Anonymous Access and Checked the Integrated Windows Authentication I started getting the following error:

HTTP Error 401.1 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
Internet Information Services (IIS)
This is a ASP.NET web application. In the Web.Config I have the following entries:
<authentication mode="Windows">      
</authentication>       
<identity impersonate="false" />
<authorization>
    <allow users="*"/>
 </authorization>
This application is accessed by many users in the intranet. How can I overcome this ? I have so far tried the following: Gave full access to Everyone and server\User accounts.Start Free Trial
