Backup Exec 11d does not allow me to pick mailboxes!

Here's the situation, when I go to selection it does not show the users separate mailboxes! I know that the old version I could do that. Did something change? Please help, right now I have a full backup but if I need to recover one particular mailbox I'm screwed.
