Currently I'm trying to set up the following situation:
- Create a backup job which backups my Exchange database to a local NTFS folder.
- Create a second backup job which backups all the other data on the network to a folder on a NAS device.
- Create a duplicate job which duplicates both jobs above to one tape.
I've tried fooling around with the policies in Backup Exec, but somehow I can't get it to work. How do I go about doing this?

It can't be done in one duplication job. You could run two duplication jobs though, with the second job configured to append to the tape.
