Completed status: Canceled, timed out
The job was canceled by user System.
I have set it to cancel the job after 14 hours, which was sufficient time in the past (no extra backup files were added to the backup job)
Does anyone have any suggestions for me???

Bumped into a problem like that a few years back. Couldn't figure out what caused it, but since time was a factor for me and I didn't have time for days with troubleshooting. I deleted the device and all my backup jobs from BE, added it back in after a reboot and all was peachy.
Never had the problem since, and never figured out what caused it. Allways something you could try if the brainiacs in here don't have a smoother solution. :)

Try backing it up in the weekend without time restrictions and calculate exact amount of time it requires to back up the whole thing.
Certain issues that speed up Backup include:
- Faster Backup devices (Such as LTO4)
- Backing up directly from SAN rather than Server
- Installing All required Backup agents where needed (Such as SQL agent, MS Exchange agent, etc.)
