How can the RD1000 be ejected upon backup job completion?

Asked by phermi in Backup Exec, Backup & Restore Software, Removable Backup Media

Hi,

Just installed the RD1000 and adjusted backup jobs to point to the new "Removable Backup-to-Disk" device. The job has the eject condition checked but the cartridge is not ejected.

I have tried many "ejecters" but no one work. I tried to use RSM but honestly, did not understand the syntax on the EJECT sub-command.

Any ideas will be highly appreciated.Start Free Trial
