Backup Fails due to authentication failure

OS is SBS 2003. Backup software is Veritas Backup Exec 9.1. When trying to do a backup on Microsoft SQL Server I get an error saying that connection with server failed. I checked username and password of account and everything seems fine; I re-typed the username and password for verification but it still does not connect. I connected to MS SQL Enterprise Manager and changed password and then retype password on backup exec and still same problem. Please help!!Start Free Trial
