I turned on all logging in Windows Installer, but it doesn't show anything the log for BE doesn't. This is the last part of the log. I can post everything if needed. This is happening right after an upgrade from 11d to 12. I ran the sgmon.exe, and it doesn't have any logs for the patch install. It just shows the agent install before the patch completing successfully, then the agent connecting back to the server to update it's tables. As stated above, the Windows Installer has 0 errors either, wilth all options turned on. What could it be? I'm including the full MSI and BE log files.

Turns out it was just a messed up registry. Thanks again Symantec. =/ I had to completely uninstall, then reinstall to get it to work.
