Installing Backup Exec Exchange Agent to 64 bit server

I'm trying to remote install Backup Exec Exchange Agent on a 64 bit server. The installation errors out stating it is unable to remote install on a 64 bit server. Is there another way to install the agent? All I received is the license keys, no install disks. We are running Backup Exec 10d, Server 2003 on media server and target server, and Exchange 2007.
