Backup jobs keep falling into the queue

There is something with my jobs...everytimne I try to run one of my scheduled or on-demand jobs it goes into queue. The job will kick and do start the back up scan which runs...then immediately after, the job(s) keeps getting queued up. It doesn't matter which job I run (and I have several jobs) it always goes into queue.

I have a 4 drive tape library and according to backup exec (under the devices tab) all 4 drives are online and in "READY" status. I don't get it...can someone help? I have made sure that the jobs are all pointing to the tape library too.

This has become quite frustrating.
