backup exec remote agent for windows systems service stops

I have a server with backup exec 12 and exchange on it.  I also have a SQL server, a terminal server, and a sharepoint server all with agents running on them.  THe backup exec remote agent for windows systems service keeps stoping on me and the backup runs for days not backing up anything after a while. When the service stops it wont test credentials I've noticed.  If I restart the service it will.  But the full backup never completes.Start Free Trial
