How to fix event id 34113 on backup exec server???

we are running backup exec 12 for windows servers and the the backup keeps failing and the event id that keeps coming up is 34113.  i cannot find and support articles on the event from microsoft's website.  a description of the error is below

from the event viewer on the server it give a event id 34113 and states it ran out of memory

from the symantec admin console the error given is 8007000E

how do i fix this??

great link but the event id and the symantec id are stating the it ran out of memory

we found that there was actually a problem with the symantec software

I had the same problem and I found that there was not enough free memory on server.
