How to open .IMG drive image

I can't remember what program I used to create an image of a drive, it was a free Windows program that creates .img file. I need to open the file to read the content, for some reason none of regular program can do it.

Do you guys have an idea what program this could be

Power ISO will open it, .IMG is a CloneCD image.

it was actually Roadkil's DiskImg program, for some reason only this program can open the img file because  they were created in that program, strange though
