Backup Exec with Exchange2007

Hi

I have a problem with my backup exec vs Exchange Server 2007. The backup is running completely but when I try to restore with granular it doesn't work. Fail with the error code V79-57344-33029. I have search for every solution and I think that my problem is with the System Logon Acount in BExec. I try to change it or delete it but it doesn't work because I don't remember the password of this account. When I try to delete it says that there is other account that are linked with this one. Is it possible to remove these account?
