Excahnge 2003 logs

All,

I have a potential problem with a member of support, I need to check the exchange logs to see what he has been up to and what he has given himself permission to in the past and recently, in terms of access to mailboxes.
Can some one please clarify for me what logs I can search and where to find them.

We use an exchange 2003 system (Ent)
