Unable to add Realtek Driver to GSS 2.5 WinPE boot device

I just upgraded to Symantec solution Suite 2.5 from 2.0.  The new Winpe boot client is great, but I can't get winpe to connect to the network on our new HP Compaq dx2400 Microtower PC.  The network card being used is the Realtek RTL8168C(P)/8111C(P) PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC.  The cards work in XP, and if I boot ghost in DOS, it also works. I've doubled checked the driver I'm using and it's the same one I'm using in XP, Vista uses the same network driver is so that wasn't the issue.  I'm adding the driver using the ghost boot wizard and I've made sure the driver was added to the driver database when I created the USB boot disc.  I've tried adding all drivers to the card, and I've tried just adding the one driver.  Niether attempted work.  When I boot into winpe it is unable to detect the network device.

I've been able to use the boot device one other HP models (dx2200, dx2300), and was able to connect to the network.

Frankly I'm running out of ideas.  Any suggestions?

You need to contact HP and Symantec and find out what is different about this particular model

I hope this helps !
