Symantec Ghost 8.3 Boot Disc and Error 1972; any fixes?

So, at the moment we are trying to image a server with an image we recently created, and unfortuntaely, we keep getting Error 1972 (The disc was not created with Symantec Ghost).  The image was extracted to one hard drive with Symantec Ghost 8.0 and we've had difficulty creating a bootable DVD with Symantec Ghost 8.3 and Roxio CD/DVD burning software.  IF anyone can troubleshoot this with us at all, lend a hand.

We've followed the instructions on these sites to a point, and to no avail - to include the modification of the config.sys and autoexec.bat files to match what is labeled.   We believe the issue lies in the either the CD drive not being recognized after booting, or image being corrupt.
