primary hard disc drive 0 not found

Iam trying to use a Dell insporn 1100 laptop when I start it up it tells me primary hard disc drive 0 not found.  Got a new hard drive installed it and still tells me this Ive even tried to put windows back onand it stops towards the beiginning and just says it cant finish and restarts the computer to the primary disc error.  please help!

disable achi in your bios. after the restore, enable it again or you wont be able to boot :)

Hi, Set the BIOS to default by pressing on the keystork Alt+G and have a check.
