Changing Laptop HD

Dears,

I want to upgrade the Hard disk storage of my laptop without any change of settings, os , everyth.

I have win xp in C drive and win server 2003 in D. My laptop is toshiba, the hard disk is IDE not Sata, its now 100GB, I want to replace it with 500 GB.
can I make an image of all drives and i will get XP and server as they're now ?
please assisst.
